Place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday and in-stock items will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day. Items marked 'Available in 3-5 days' are excluded from same day dispatch.

Delivery FAQs
Is delivery guaranteed?
Once items leave our warehouse, delivery is handled by our couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery times once dispatched.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, simply enter a different delivery address at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day for Mainland UK.
RETURNS
Returns Policy
Only goods purchased within the last 14 days can be returned. Proof of purchase such as a dispatch note or invoice will be required. Please email mail@heating-parts.co.uk for a returns label. The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund, or you can arrange to send the item back yourself.
A full refund excluding shipping costs will be processed if returned items are in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.
Please provide exact quantities, descriptions and relevant information from the original invoice. Failure to do so may affect our ability to process your return.
Return Handling Fees
- Mainland UK orders: No handling charge
- Special Order Items: 25% handling fee applies.
Customs delivery and collection fees are the responsibility of the international buyer
All goods must be suitably packaged to prevent damage during return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exclusions
We cannot accept the return of special order goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
It is your responsibility to check for both concealed and cosmetic damage upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, email a photograph of the damaged item and packaging to mail@heating-parts.co.uk
- You must notify us of damage within 2 days of receiving delivery
- Lost goods must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date
Once notified and proof of purchase provided, HPS will arrange collection at our expense with no further charges applied. A replacement will be dispatched free of charge, subject to goods being signed for as damaged and reported within the timeframes above.
Faulty Goods
Goods proven to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship at the date of delivery, or up to twelve months after delivery as determined by the manufacturer, will be replaced free of charge. Alternatively we may issue a credit at our sole discretion.
- Goods made faulty through alteration, misuse or incorrect installation will invalidate all warranties and will be returned at the buyer's cost
- Goods returned outside the warranty period will not be processed and will be returned at the buyer's cost
